Josef-Lammerting-Allee 1 commercial and office building

Lammerting Immobilien GmbH is planning the Josef-Lammerting-Allee 1 commercial and office building in Cologne’s TechnologiePark, which has a gross floor area of approx. 8,000 m².

Retail outlets and a restaurant are planned for the ground floor. About 2,300 m² is available for additional occupiers on the office floors. LIG Lammerting Immobilien Group will also set up its new company headquarters in the newly constructed building.
